COS x SOU FUJIMOTO
In continuing its collaborative engagement with leaders in the realm of architecture and design, Swedish fashion brand Cos has unveiled a site-specific, multi-sensory presentation with Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto. Located at the historic Cinema Arti in Milan, held as part of annual design fair Salone del Mobile, the space implores visitors to move about, with down lights responding to their movement, thus creating a cinematic – and ever-evolving – tableaux.

You might not have heard of Charles Hinckfuss, but you’ve no doubt sat on one of his couches. Under the guise of MCM House, Mr Hinckfuss crafts some of the most spectacular – deep-seated, plush, and rendered in natural fibres such as linen – alongside raw timber tables, leather dining chairs and upholstered arm chairs. “Classic, contemporary furniture with an ageless focus on materials and finishes,” is how Mr Hinckfuss describes his design ethos.
